This is a crucial leadership position for a professional with a strong background in P&C underwriting and a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Assistant Managers, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of up to 10 Assistant Managers.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of P&C underwriting processes for US clients.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance targets and professional growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Provide subject matter expertise in US P&C underwriting to resolve complex issues and challenges.
