Role Summary : The Admin Executive / Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks, managing petty cash, coordinating office supplies, and assisting internal teams with logistical support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the sales area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence; redirect queries to appropriate departments.
- Maintain a visitor log.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Manage petty cash and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities by coordinating with vendors or facility management teams.
Candidate Profile :
Education : Graduate degree in any discipline.
Experience :
1-3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (experience in realestate / hospitality preferred).Basic English language and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).Pleasant personality, well-groomed and customer-service oriented.Skills & Attributes :
