Job Description

Experience & Background (Combined Requirements) Criteria

Requirement Experience

• 5-7 years of overall industry experience preferred
• 3-5 years in Command & Control Centre / NOC / SOC
• Hands-on experience in 24x7 global IT operations
• Prior roles as IT Operations / Monitoring Specialist or Event Management Lead

Technical Skill Set Area

Requirement

• Monitoring Tools
• Proficient in tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana , etc.
• ServiceNow
• Strong hands-on experience in Event Management and Incident Management modules
• IT Infrastructure Knowledge
• Exposure to hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud), with understanding of network, compute, storage, virtualization
• Automation / AI / ML
• Basic understanding or exposure to SRE, AIOps, ML / automation tools for IT operations is a plus
• Certifications
• ITIL v3 / v4 certification is preferred
• Communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Industry Background
• Service-based industry background is a nice-to-have
