Role : Director, Marketing Work Location : Mumbai (Malad) Product : VEVE
About Role : To lead all marketing efforts for VEVE across the Western markets (US, UK, Germany, Brazil) and the Eastern markets (India, China, Southeast Asia). Manage a scattered but brilliant team of marketers, partner with senior stakeholders across sales, operations, product and leadership to drive marketing campaigns for measurable business outcomes and help scale VEVE further.
Roles & Responsibility :
- Drive B2B marketing strategy and execution for VEVE across different markets
- Work closely with sales, product, operations, and leadership to align marketing with revenue priorities.
- Oversee all content creation (narratives, collateral, presentations, tactical assets).
- Own CRM, paid marketing, email marketing, and field marketing (events) processes.
Required Skills :
Minimum 12 years of overall marketing experience, including at least 4-5 years in people management.Adept in stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Proven past experience in B2B marketing with measurable business outcomes.Track record of building new narratives and creating sales enablement materials.Hands-on experience with CRM, content, and email marketing.Experience in ad tech, broader tech, or online industries desirable.Leads with empathy, someone who is able to build trust, listen actively, and create a safety net within the team making them feel valued and motivated to perform.Collaborative but resilient when pushed back + able to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.Adapts communication tone and style for leadership, peers, and the team.Culturally sensitive - understands nuances across different markets, and adapts accordingly.Open to feedback and experimentationNice-to-haves Qualities :
