Salesforce Development

Design develop and deploy cloudbased communication solutions including messaging voice and video services

Integrate thirdparty APIs and SDKs to enhance platform capabilities and user experience

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements define technical specifications and deliver robust solutions

Ensure the scalability reliability and security of communication services in a cloud environment

Optimize existing systems for performance and costefficiency

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud communication services and infrastructure

Implement best practices for CICD automation and DevOps in cloudbased development

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed

Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and trends in cloud communications

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

5 to 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on cloudbased communication platforms

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C Python or Nodejs

Handson experience with major cloud platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs WebRTC SIP VoIP and messaging protocols eg XMPP MQTT

Experience with containerization technologies Docker Kubernetes and serverless architectures

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments

Familiarity with CICD pipelines automation tools and DevOps methodologies

Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with realtime communication platforms eg Twilio Vonage Zoom APIs

Background in telecom or enterprise communication systems

Knowledge of frontend technologies React Angular or similar frameworks

Experience with microservices and distributed systems

AgileScrum development experience
