As an Advertising Sales Team Lead on the Sales team in our Gurgaon Office , you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth and leading a team of sales professionals to success. You’ll combine individual contribution with leadership to execute outbound strategies, coach your team, and convert prospects into long-term clients. You’ll help build and scale our presence in India by cultivating strong relationships with top brands and agencies.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need :
- 8+ years of experience in Digital / Ad Tech sales with a proven track record of closing new business
- Strong existing relationships within the agency and brand landscape in the region
- A hunter mindset with experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline development
- Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing sales team
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and a data-driven approach to sales
