About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Odoo Sales Lead to spearhead our ERP solutions sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while managing client relationships to ensure long-term success. You will serve as the bridge between clients and our technical / implementation teams, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Odoo ERP solutions, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and functional teams to prepare proposals, demos, and RFP responses.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM and ensure timely updates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client insights to management.
