ServiceNow ITOM Developer - SolarWinds

About the Role :

Join our team as a ServiceNow ITOM Developer with a strong focus on CMDB governance and Discovery.

You will be instrumental in strengthening enterprise CMDB data, implementing Discovery and Service Mapping, and ensuring integrations with monitoring tools.

This role is perfect for professionals with deep ITOM knowledge, hands-on scripting, and integration experience, who want to drive enterprise-scale operations automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement Discovery and Service Mapping solutions.
• Enhance, maintain, and govern CMDB data models.
• Configure and manage Event Management and MID Servers.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds).
• Define and enforce CMDB data governance policies.
• Collaborate with architects to align ITOM solutions with CSDM Skills :
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management.
• Strong experience in CMDB modeling, governance, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Knowledge of MID Server configuration and Skills :
• Knowledge of CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-ITOM.
