Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT job market, sourcing techniques, and full-cycle recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top technical talent for our clients or internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates for IT roles using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other tools.
• Understand client requirements, technical job descriptions, and project details to identify the right candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage the candidate communication process.
• Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates on behalf of the company or clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Ensure compliance with US recruitment laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, ADA, OFCCP).
• Work with visa candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizens) and understand work authorization issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on recruitment progress and metrics.
