Service Engineer-Analytical Instruments

About the Role :

Shreedhar Instrument is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our Ahmedabad team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with analytical instruments and a background in pharmaceutical production facilities.

The role involves calibration, installation, and maintenance of instruments, ensuring reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform calibration of field instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc.

Handle installation, breakdowns, and provide technical support at customer sites.

Assist senior engineers in project execution and documentation.

Travel across Gujarat for service activities at various pharmaceutical facilities.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

Strong technical understanding of analytical instruments.

Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines and regulations.

Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Performance Expectations :

Independently handle NVPC and VPC calibrations within 3 months.

Understand the working principles of all instruments within 3 months.

Gain knowledge of pharma industry guidelines and standards.

Working Conditions :

Frequent travel within Gujarat (by bus, train, or bike) for on-site service.

Carry calibration kits to client locations.

May require occasional late-night or holiday work depending on urgency.
