Role Summary
Lead the development and execution of a digital-first marketing strategy to enhance visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. This role requires strong media expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape across B2B and B2C contexts.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive digital strategies across owned, paid, and earned media
Lead end-to-end digital campaigns, ensuring timely execution and performance optimization
Oversee media planning, buying, and campaign optimization across multiple platforms
Guide content strategy for social, CRM, and performance campaigns
Build and manage influencer and advocacy programs with relevant industry partners
Lead a digital marketing team, managing agencies and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
8+ years in digital marketing, preferably in consumer goods or beauty sectors, with expertise in digital platforms, analytics, CRM, and performance-led campaigns.
