Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and target audience.
Plan, execute and measure online marketing strategies to accelerate client and candidate acquisition. Drive organic and paid lead generation through SEO, content, and performance marketing campaigns. Plan and manage content calendars, website updates, and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Create engaging content and copy across channels to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
Lead community management, handle feedback promptly, manage company’s general email accounts and respond to Email / LinkedIn enquiries.
Analytics & Reporting : Maintain marketing performance reports on various metrics demonstrating ROI from marketing activities using tools like GA, MA and / or other platforms. Utilise data driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns. Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and performance metrics for informed decision-making. Track digital marketing performance vs planned and benchmarking wrt competition.
Support internal teams with marketing collateral and lead-gen initiatives.
Drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and marketing ROI through integrated campaigns.
Manage general email communications and lead technology enhancement projects, such as websites, from deployment to implementation.
Key Competencies :
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
Strong command of digital platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong working knowledge and proficiency in the usage of various social media / digital marketing channels and tools such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, forums etc. is a must. Experience in executing Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and / or Instagram advertising solutions.
Experience with automation of dashboards and reporting systems, analysing uninstall rates and providing customer insights. Strong experience with Google Analytics / Meta Analytics, and / or other marketing platforms.
Experience in executing marketing campaigns with a clear focus on commercial outcomes and ability to provide detailed reports on channel performance and ROI on media investments.
Proficient in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
Excellent written communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand storytelling.
