Job description3+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with ownership of a product or major module. Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, or Python frameworks like Django. Strong experience in writing REST APIs and working with relational databases. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. A proactive mindset to build things from scratch in an unstructured environment. High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to balance pragmatism with quality. Interest in the Retail & E-commerce space, and building tech that works for small-town India.

Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Work closely with the Engineering Lead to contribute to the system architecture (backend and frontend) for products used by customers, store teams, and partners.
- Build core systems across multiple products independently from the ground up—with the freedom to experiment and try new things.
- Stay aligned with product strategy, evaluate the feasibility of ideas from PMs, estimate effort, and help plan roadmaps and feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with fellow developers to meet timelines, unblock each other, and share best practices.
- Ensure everything you build is well-documented, scalable, and maintainable.
