We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer - Development to join our IT Innovation Campus at Bangalore location. The position will assist for architecting and developing high-performance, scalable software solutions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across teams to build impactful products.

Your Responsibilities :

• Create scalable and maintainable architectures to solve business problems Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, services, and Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and sharing best.
• Lead and participate in writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality Ensure code is well- documented and adheres to industry best practices.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and to foster a culture of Ensure that automated tests are in place and that systems are thoroughly tested.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical Implement performance tuning and optimization strategies as needed.
• Contribute to the product vision and continuously improve existing systems, applications, and services.
