Comptech Equipments Limited, a leading name in the compressor manufacturing industry, is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in both domestic and international markets.

📍 Location : Gandhinagar (Zak GIDC)

🕒 Employment Type : Full-time

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Drive domestic & international sales of compressors and OEM solutions

Identify and develop new business opportunities across global and local markets

Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key accounts

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to maximize growth

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized client solutions

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

🎯 Candidate Profile :

Proven experience in compressor manufacturing / OEM sales (domestic & international)

Strong understanding of industrial products and compressor applications

Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven, and business-savvy

Engineering or business-related degree preferred
