Talent Aquisition Specialist

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, to ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Generate recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and analyze trends for continuous improvement.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
