Job Description :
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles within the jewellery manufacturing sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on recruitment role requiring a proactive approach, high-level sourcing skills, and the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting, sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing : Leverage various channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Stakeholder Management : Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide effective staffing solutions.
- Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screenings and interviews, ensuring candidates align with the company's values and culture.
- Recruitment Strategy : Continuously evaluate and implement innovative recruitment strategies to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics, monitor hiring progress, and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or similar sectors.Industry Knowledge : Solid understanding of the jewellery manufacturing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.Hardcore Recruitment : Proven ability to handle bulk hiring, volume recruitment, and manage multiple roles simultaneously.Sourcing Expertise : Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, etc.).Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is an advantage.
