Job Summary
Participates in planning, developing, and implementing solutions to meet Project Supply Chain Systems automation requirements in project office or at construction jobsite. Coordinates with Product Specialists and Procurement System’s core team to ensure seamless working of system across all modules. Proactively monitors user operations and analyzes and resolves operational, workflow, and / or data problems. Provides advice to users on correct usage of applications and associated workflows and conducts training classes as required.

- Reports to and receives operational and functional supervision and direction from the Project
- Warehouse Manager / Materials Manager.
Contacts :
Maintains active contact with the applications user community.Coordinates and technical issues with the Supply Chain Systems Manager, and where necessary with the Corporate Supply Chains Systems group.Maintains contact with non-Bechtel 3rd party software / application (Owner or sponsors) as dictated by project requirements.Coordinates usage of said applications where interfacing with Supply Chain Systems applications.Maintains continuous contact with other Team members using similar applications and processes to facilitate knowledge exchange and sharing of best-practices and lessons learned.Assist procurement software implementation at the project-level.Works closely with projects both at home office and field to assist Inventory / SiteSense.Aligns with Automation Specialists / Project Materials Managers to obtain accurate information regarding Inventory / SiteSense setups.Analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves problems relating to Inventory, SiteSense, hardware, software or network related error.“First Point of Contact” in the assistance / escalation process.Assist day to day issues regarding transactions MRR, MWR, UOS&D, Inventory Transfers and Movements, Reporting, and others.Ability to facilitate initial inventory location setups in the system.Organizes and performs training as well as user desk instruction, including the maintenance and distribution of user training materials and documentation related to SiteSense & Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) application suite and other associated systems.Generates and maintains Project Procurement Metrics and Performance data.Education and Experience Requirements :
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 3-5 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.Required Knowledge and Skills :
Knowledge of and experience in a different Supply Chain discipline (Supplier Management, Purchasing, Contracts, Expediting, Logistics, Materials Management and Field Procurement).Advanced knowledge of standard office productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, and ability to assess data using Excel / Power BI / SQL Prepare visualization to represent data in succinct and insightful reports. Also, workflow diagrams and system specification documents.Knowledge of and experience with SiteSense and Oracle E-Business Suite of software is preferred.Apprehending the integrations between Oracle EBS and other tools such as Aconex, Unifier, AGILE, ENPI and M3S.Knowledge of raising and following up a JIRA ticket is desirable.Strong planning, prioritization and organization skills.A customer-service-oriented individual with a demonstrated professional demeanor and communication style.Good in written and spoken communication Experience with basic troubleshooting techniques.Total Rewards / Benefits :
