Civil Construction Manager – Solar EPC

Role Overview

The Civil Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of civil works on utility-scale and C&I Solar PV project sites. The role covers site preparation, earthworks, foundations, drainage, internal roads, fencing, and structural concrete works , ensuring compliance with project design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

This position demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all civil construction activities at solar project sites.
• Manage site preparation, grading, excavation, drainage, and foundation works .
• Supervise construction of roads, boundary fencing, and structural concrete works .
• Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards .
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
• Monitor progress, budget, and resource utilization , reporting deviations proactively.
• Implement and enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies at site.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Resolve technical challenges and provide engineering support during execution.
