Sr. Executive Project Logistics

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with shipping lines for OOG / ODC / FR / OT cargo, as well as general cargo including FCL and LCL shipments for Pan India business structure.
• File rates with carriers and arrange bookings with top shipping lines, consolidators, or NVOCC.
• Coordinate with IATA agents for air export rates and services.
• Manage both general cargo and project shipments, handling full operational (technical) and cost control / commercial aspects related to exports.
• Assist and communicate regularly with customers, processing inquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively update customers on shipment statuses, and inform overseas offices and clients about potential delays or unusual circumstances.
• Generate spot quotes with carriers and negotiate rates effectively.
• Use CW1 for generating digital shipment jobs and uploading all events with supporting documents in E-docs.
• Ensure timely completion of operation tasks in CW1.
• Manage carrier online booking and SI submission with priority.
• Escalate potential issues and take corrective actions according to business guidelines and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and escalations professionally while adhering to OIA service standards.
• Facilitate business continuity by ensuring timely responses to communications and representing the team in meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer requests and inquiries.
• Ensure data integrity by performing accurate and timely data entry.
• Contribute to department KPIs and service level delivery.
• Inform customers about other available services and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Update internal parties with the latest quotations, routing orders, and SOPs.
