Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Mixologist located in Gurugram. The Head Mixologist will be responsible for creating unique and appealing beverage recipes, overseeing the bar operations, providing exceptional customer service, and training junior staff. Responsibilities also include inventory management, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to curate paired menus. The role requires strong leadership and creativity to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

• Expertise in Food & Beverage and Culinary Skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring staff
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Passion for mixology and beverage innovation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in hospitality or related fields
