Job Description

As a Record to Report (R2R) Accountant at IFS, you will be a key member of the finance team, supporting the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the financial closing and reporting processes. This role provides a strong platform for developing core accounting, reconciliation, and analytical skills within a dynamic, fast-paced global business.

Key Responsibilities :

Month-End Close & General Ledger Activities

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in compliance with group timelines and IFRS standards
• Prepare and post journal entries including accruals, provisions, and payroll-related entries with proper supporting documentation
• Perform general ledger reviews and ensure integrity of trial balances for assigned legal entities
• Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of mismatches
• Maintain compliance with IFRS 9, 15, and 16 standards
