Senior Accountant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (as per applicable standards).
• Reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF / ESI, Companies Act, etc.).
• Prepare and coordinate for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
• Provide monthly MIS reports to management (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis).
• Manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
• Monitor receivables, credit terms, and follow up for collections.
• Maintain aging reports and ensure working capital discipline.
