The Field Marketing Executive is a key driver of B2B market engagement across industrial clusters in assigned regions. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential customers who use product we are offerings which are AODD Pumps, Drum Pumps, Seal less Magnetic Drive Pumps, building brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads. By conducting regular on-ground visits, the executive engages with decision-makers such as Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Purchase, Stores, and Plant Heads, delivering product information and collecting valuable market insights. The position emphasizes accurate data entry, strategic lead categorization, and close coordination with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up. Through consistent field presence and data-driven outreach, the Field Marketing Executive supports Bonzer Marketeers’ growth and market expansion in the industrial sector.

Education : Any graduate (Commerce, Science, or Engineering preferred). Experience : 0–3 years in tele-calling, tele-sales, customer service, or inside sales; B2B or industrial sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills and confidence on the phone are encouraged to apply. Language : Proficient in Hindi and basic English (essential); knowledge of Gujarati and / or other Indian languages (Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.) is advantageous. Work Style : Ability to manage 60–80 outbound calls per day and maintain consistent follow-up cycles. Skills & Competencies Clear, confident, and professional telephone communication with a polite and customer-focused tone. Strong listening skills to capture accurately and interpret customer needs during calls. Disciplined follow-up habits with consistent use of reminders and timely status updates. Basic understanding of the B2B enquiry–quotation–PO process (on-the-job training provided). Proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp Web, Zoho CRM, or similar tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Positive mindset, patience, and persistence when engaging with prospects.
