Work with product director, architecture, and engineering leadership to define and drive product strategy and execution Support transition to a scaled agile framework as the product grows Act as an expert voice on sustainability matters with the development teams Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Monitor and report on product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions. Design and implement automation workflows using BPMN and Camunda. Lead the development and deployment of process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure the automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. 5+ years' experience as Product Owner and overall 8+ years' experience Comfortable driving requirements and priority discussions with senior business stakeholders and explaining business concepts and requirements to engineering teams. Experience developing technology products and services incorporating data sourcing, management, analytics and reporting, including prototyping, requirements workshops and product delivery Experience as an Agile Product owner operating in a scrum or scaled agile framework, including experience working with JIRA, confluence and running agile events. Proficiency in BPMN and experience with Camunda for process automation. Strong understanding of automation tools and technologies. Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions. Understanding of financial products and data across private banking Knowledge of and interest in Sustainability in Financial Services a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with automation technologies and data security best practices.
