Position : Sr. US IT recruiter - State Clients

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Job Description :

• Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
• Strong work experience on State Clients requirements.
• Proficient with job boards, posting, sourcing, searching skills.
• Ability to utilize various facilities of ATS for search of prospective candidates
• At least 3+ years experience in US IT Recruitment with good organization.
• Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients, prime Vendors, implementation partners.
• Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
• Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
• Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle of IT consultants in USA
