We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Lead – Technical Recruiter
to join our Talent Acquisition team in Noida. The role requires end-to-end ownership of technical hiring across domains such as software development, cloud, mobility, and enterprise technologies. You will lead recruitment strategies, mentor junior recruiters, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on critical hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the end-to-end technical recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and workforce planning.
Source and engage top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular hiring updates.
Mentor and guide a team of junior recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and leadership roles.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and employer branding efforts.
Requirements
5–8 years of proven experience in
technical recruitment
(IT services, product companies, or consulting).
Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, Salesforce, Mobility, and emerging tech.
Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Prior experience mentoring / leading a recruitment team is an advantage.
