Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
Strong work experience on State Clients requirements.
Proficient with job boards, posting, sourcing, searching skills.
Ability to utilize various facilities of ATS for search of prospective candidates
At least 3+ years experience in US IT Recruitment with good organization.
Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients, prime Vendors, implementation partners.
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process, from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle of IT consultants in USA
