Key Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship-building.Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to drive repeat business.Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.Negotiate terms, finalize deals, and ensure achievement of sales and collection targets.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer data in line with company standards.Ideal Candidate Profile :
3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in automotive aftermarket / spare parts / commercial vehicles).Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Familiarity with commercial vehicle spare parts will be a strong advantage.Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relationship management(ref : iimjobs.com)
