Role Overview :
We are seeking a Senior SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant (Manager Level) to lead and oversee SAP SD initiatives. The role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and leadership skills, with the ability to drive SAP SD transformations, manage teams, and collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementations, upgrades, and rollouts in S / 4HANA environments.
- Team Management : Manage, mentor, and develop a team of SAP SD consultants and analysts, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Business Engagement : Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable SAP SD solutions.
- Solution Design : Provide strategic guidance on process optimization, integration points, and configuration of SAP SD modules.
- Governance & Quality : Establish best practices, project governance standards, and ensure compliance with organizational and SAP methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and external vendors.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and improve business processes through SAP-enabled solutions.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
10+ years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with strong expertise in S / 4HANA.Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP SD implementations and upgrades.Strong people management skills, with prior experience managing and mentoring consulting teams.Excellent knowledge of SD processes including order-to-cash, pricing, billing, logistics, and integration with MM, FI, and WM modules.Strong business acumen with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.(ref : iimjobs.com)
