Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers in the US market.
- Understand customer requirements, provide product / service information, and present suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and team goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle objections and negotiate deals to close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
1 to 6 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales, preferably targeting US customers.Excellent communication skills in English with a clear American accent.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle objections calmly.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Flexible to work in US shifts.Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience in tele-sales, B2B, or B2C sales.Knowledge of US culture and buying behavior.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Skills Required
