We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist our customers in resolving technical issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
- Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
- Assist in the setup and installation of software and hardware for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and technical advancements.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols is a plus.Skills Required
