Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for helping our clients' customers solve their issues effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective solutions.
  • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support.
  • Continuously improve support processes and tools.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with support tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
