Business Support Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

RFP & Questionnaire Management :

Lead or support the end-to-end

RFP (Request for Proposal)

and consultant questionnaire response process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Investment Expertise :

Apply a solid understanding of

investment products and services

(equities, fixed income, issuer communications) to accurately articulate the firm's capabilities in client-facing documents.

Quality Control :

Serve as a peer reviewer and proofreader for complex client documents, ensuring impeccable accuracy in

grammar, spelling, consistency, and adherence to firm standards .

Business Acumen :

Maintain a deep understanding of the investment business, including aspects of

Fintech

and the firm's product suite.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Work both

independently

and collaboratively with various teams on large client requests, managing multiple priorities and

tight deadlines .

Technology Utilization :

Operate proficiently across all

Microsoft applications

and be comfortable engaging with modern automation tools in the client environment (e.g.,

RPA, Power Automation, Automation Anywhere ).

Required Qualifications :

Experience :

5+ years

of relevant professional experience.

Domain Expertise :

Must have experience in the

Asset Management

field.

Education :

BA / BS degree (preferably in business or economics) or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Soft Skills : Proven

strong organizational skills , excellent

written and oral communication skills , and demonstrated ability to

multi-task and prioritize

under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in the

RFP process .
