Senior Consultant, Business Excellence

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, optimizing supply chain operations, and providing strategic consulting advice to leading manufacturing organizations in India.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting assessments, developing strategies and collaborating with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

• Ideal candidate will posses 10+ years of experience in leading and facilitating business excellence activities in manufacturing organizations.
• A post graduate qualification in management is must.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in concepts such as Lean Six Sigma, TPM, Operational Excellence, TQM, TOC.
• Consulting Experience will be definitive advantage.
• Willingness to travel across client locations in India.
