As a Consultant in our DCM : AMC Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with
teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations : -
Desired qualifications :
2+ and 5+ years of experience in working Adobe Target as a business analyst / business consultant
Conduct discovery workshops to understand personalization use cases, user journeys.
Create optimization roadmap : mapping business objectives and use cases to Target
capabilities
Ability to recommend new personalization and optimization use cases and relevant metrics,
and translate these to Adobe Target Test planning : Wireframing, designing, planning the
implementation for tests
Hands on experience in planning and configuring Adobe Target activities, as well as analyzing
and reporting test results.
Enablement of business users on best practices for Adobe Target
Skills Required :
Hands on experience in Adobe Target is a must – including Form-Based Experience Composer,
VEC, creating different Target activities like A / B Activity, MVT, XT activities etc., setting up
audiences in Target, conducting activity QA, analyzing and reporting test results etc.
Hands on experience in setting up different types of campaigns as well as KPI’s based on
customer needs
Understand concepts of HTML, Javascript, CSS
Knowledge of statistical concepts, data analysis
Familiarity with personalization and optimization needs of at least 1 industry (Financial
Services, retail, Manufacturing etc.)
Should have good communication skills and have handled client interaction
Ability to analyze complex personalization problems and find data driven solutions Location and way
