We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our Technology Solutions sales team in Chennai. This leadership role involves managing key accounts, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. You will oversee daily sales operations, analyze market trends, nurture customer and partner relationships, set ambitious sales targets, and ensure the team consistently achieves its goals. Collaboration with cross-functional departments will be critical to align sales initiatives with the companys broader growth Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies for technology platforms and complex solutions.
- Manage and grow key customer and partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for senior management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Ensure efficient sales operations through process optimization and resource management.
