Experience Range : 8-20 YearsIndustry : Real EstateBrief JD : Develop cost plans and control estimates for projects.Determine costs based on project requirements and specifications that are defined for a particular project.Coordinate with other teams to gather details as to the project.Determine the costs of labor, materials, and subcontractors.Enhance resource efficiency and spot cost-saving opportunities.Manage and update research data and software.Evaluate the bids of subcontractors and suppliers for the right price.Write cost reports and perform cost analyses for bidding.Monitor and track budget during the implementation of project activities.Provide current estimates and recommendations to the management and clients.Looking for the candidates who has good experience inStrong understanding of Budgeting, Costing all Civil And finishes Items.Should be able to read and understand all the Drawings.Should be able to takeout Quantities from the Drawings.Should be well versed with the Rate Analysis.Should have experience in Large scale Residential Building .
