Preferred Background

Chartered Accountant with minimum 10-12 years of experience (listed company exp. preferred)

Manufacturing industry experience (mandatory).

Experience in Distillery / Brewery industry (preferred)

Experience in organizations with multiple business segments / units.

Required Skill Set :

Strong expertise in Management Information System (MIS) preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.

Advanced data analytics and financial review capabilities.

Ability to prepare segment-wise financial analysis and variance reporting.

Presentation skills – ability to prepare and present insights effectively to Senior Management / Board.

In-depth knowledge of Indirect Taxation (GST) including compliance, reconciliation, and assessments.

Good exposure to Direct Taxation and statutory compliance.

Hands-on experience with SAP (FI / CO module preferred).

Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools for reporting.

Knowledge of internal controls, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to mentor and guide finance teams.
