Role Overview

As a Sales Lead at Billcut, you will be responsible for leading our personal loan vertical across three partner programs — LNT, ABL, and Tata Capital. This role requires a strong mix of sales ownership and team leadership, driving business growth while managing and motivating the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth across partner programs (LNT, ABL, Tata Capital).
• Manage, guide, and inspire the sales team to consistently achieve goals.
• Drive personal loan acquisition through structured office-based operations.
• Design and execute sales strategies aligned with each partner’s objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.
• Track performance metrics, review pipelines, and present reports to management.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maximize productivity.
