Job Overview :

We are hoping to hire a Chartered Accountant with a min of 2 year experience in internal audit and / or risks and controls based auditing. A basic understanding of direct and indirect taxation compliance is needed too. We are looking to onboard at our NAVI MUMBAI branches.

Location :

Vashi, NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARAHSTRA (ONSITE)

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct Various Audits like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Tax Audits

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and accounting standards.

Manage tax filings and ensure timely and accurate tax payments and submissions.

Oversee audits and work with team to ensure efficient and accurate audit processes.

Provide strategic financial advice and analysis to management for decision-making.

Review financial data and prepare reports on financial performance, including forecasting and budgeting.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws, taxation laws, and other regulatory requirements.

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.

Mentor and guide junior finance staff.

Key Requirements :

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential.

Min. 2 years of Experience post qualification

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Internal Audit Exposure is a MUST.

Experience in Finance or investment management shall be PREFERRED
