Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 34 years of post-qualification experience who will be responsible for managing the company's financial accounts, compliance, taxation, and audits.

The candidate must have strong knowledge in finalization of accounts, Accounting Standards (AS), GST, direct / indirect taxation, and internal audit processes.

The role requires a proactive individual who can handle end-to-end accounting responsibilities and ensure timely statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) applicable to private limited companies.
• Handle complete accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
• Oversee GST computations and compliances.
• Oversee the entire order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for accounting accuracy.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and assist in statutory audit processes.
• Prepare and maintain a compliance calendar for all statutory and tax-related deadlines.
• Analyse financial data for trends, variances, and support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities for financial and tax-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to applicable tax laws and corporate regulations.
• Handle a Team of 5-6 accounts professionals
