Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Specialist located in Vadodara. The Insurance Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance portfolio and assisting clients with their insurance needs. Day-to-day tasks include policy administration, customer service, handling claims, and maintaining client relationships. Effective communication and financial expertise are crucial for this role.

• Commercial product knowledge and expertise
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
