What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a
Bancassurance Specialist
to drive sales targets by building and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners teams in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and strengthen relationships with channel partners to consistently achieve business targets.
Design and implement sales plans to maximize distributor engagement and increase market share.
Track team performance against sales plans and provide guidance to ensure success.
Drive desired sales behavior through effective use of the digital sales management process.
Ensure business quality, persistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
Work Experience
6+ years of overall sales experience in Life Insurance
Minimum 2 years of experience in team management in life Insurance
Prior experience in the BFSI sector is preferred.
