Job Summary

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of strategic programs that align with our company's goals. You will work with a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineering, product, marketing, and leadership, to define program scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure that all program objectives are met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership : Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interconnected projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities, communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define program goals, objectives, and roadmaps.
• Risk Management : Proactively identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess and improve program management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among various teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of program objectives.
