We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
- Handle payroll processing and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and implement retention strategies.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and assist in career development programs.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
- Support management in policy creation and implementation.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for leadership review.
Requirements :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3–6 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Proficient in MS Office and HR management software (HRMS).Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Key Skills :
