We’re Hiring : Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Location : Chennai

Cityinfo Services, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is looking for a

dynamic Corporate Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

What You’ll Do

Generate leads and build new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and market research

Drive end-to-end transaction management for corporate real estate deals

Present customized solutions and proposals to clients

Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, strategy, and delivery

Track sales pipeline, CRM data, and provide business insights

Represent Cityinfo at industry events and networking forums

What We’re Looking For

✅ 7–8 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales

✅ Mandatory 4–5 years of

transaction experience

in corporate real estate (tenant representation preferred)

✅ Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

✅ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
