ServiceNow Pre-Sales and Solutions Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solutions Architect with expertise in presales and solution delivery to drive strategic engagements and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, technical teams, and clients to design tailored ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRC / IRM.

Key Responsibilities :

Presales & Solutioning :

• Lead presales activities, including RFP / RFI responses, customer demos, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.
• Design high-level architecture and implementation roadmaps for prospective clients.
• Develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions and prototype demos to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.
• Assist in cost estimation, effort sizing, and proposal documentation.
• Conduct customer presentations and technical deep-dive sessions.
