Customer Service Innovator
We're seeking a meticulous professional with hands-on experience in customer service operations, e-commerce, or operations management.
Our goal is to empower AI-driven customer support systems by building workflows that streamline interactions and improve accuracy.
- Develop ticket handling and chat / email workflows for seamless customer interactions.
- Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Simulate escalations and SLA tracking within support workflows.
- Provide structured annotations and datasets for improved LLM training.
Requirements :
Proven experience in customer service operations.Familiarity with workflow tools like Zendesk or equivalents.Strong attention to detail and ability to spot weaknesses in AI-generated workflows.Understanding of operational data used to train and evaluate LLMs.Excellent written English for creating high-quality datasets.Turing Perks :
