Role Overview
As a Direct Sales Executive , you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth. You will engage with prospective customers, understand their academic needs, and recommend the most suitable Infinity Learn solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales : Proactively connect with potential customers via calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
- Consultative Selling : Understand students and parents academic requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Revenue Growth : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat sales.
- Negotiation & Closing : Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.
- Home Conductions : Visit leads at their homes to engage with families and demonstrate product benefits.
